Titlecards will always start an episode, and have patterns on them e.g-Johnny X, a big X, Johnny's Royal Flush, an alligator in a toilet, etc..

Every episode has a different themed titlecard.
Johnny X was the first episode with no characters on the card, and Johnny Vs Bling Bling Boy was the first with 2 characters. Ironically, both of these are in order.
